💬 Save what matters
Quotes in Firefly are not only about memorable wording. They help you keep passages you may want to return to in a week, a month or a year.
Method 1. Add manually

Open the book
Open the details of the book you need.

Go to Quotes
Find the section or button for adding a quote.

Paste or type the text
Optionally add a page number, a short note or some context.

Save
The quote will then appear in the book and in your overall quote archive.
Method 2. OCR scanning
- open quote creation through scanning;
- take a photo of the book page;
- review the recognized text;
- correct any recognition errors and save the result.
Useful tip
Try not to save everything indiscriminately. The best quote archive is the one that keeps the passages that genuinely matter to you.
